Actions Overview

EventPro Planner’s Actions will help you remember all the tasks that need to be completed for an event. Actions can be created to notify a single person or an entire group of people that something must be completed at a certain time.

Actions can be created from several areas within EventPro Planner:
| • | The main Actions screen, accessing by clicking the Actions header button at the top of the screen, displays a master list of all generated actions. |

| • | There is also an Actions tab within the Event Maintenance screen, but it only displays actions attached to the selected event. |

| • | The Actions tab at the bottom of the Attendees | View Attendees tab of the Event Maintenance screen will only show actions attached to the selected attendee. Remember that the Attendees Module and the Booths and Exhibitors Module are optional modules in EventPro Planner. If you have not purchased these modules, you will not see the related tabs and screens. |

| • | The Actions tab at the bottom of the Attendees | View Exhibitors tab of the Event Maintenance screen will only show actions attached to the selected exhibitor. Remember that the Attendees Module and the Booths and Exhibitors Module are optional modules in EventPro Planner. If you have not purchased these modules, you will not see the related tabs and screens. |

| • | Finally, there are Action tabs for the various company and contact views within the Companies/Contacts screen. These Action tabs will display only actions that are related to the selected company and/or contact. |
