Append Dates to a Booking

If you want to add days to a previously booked event without having to create a new booking and re-enter information, you can use the Append function.

1.Click the Booking Calendar button to open the Booking Calendar.

2.Holding down the Ctrl key, click on the cell(s) representing the date(s) you want to append to an event.  You can append adjacent or nonadjacent locations and/or days to a booking.  The selected cell(s) should be highlighted with a black honeycomb pattern.
3.Select Event | Append Dates from the button bar, or right-click and select Append Dates.

4.The New Event Wizard appears, as with a regular booking, but the first page asks you to choose the booking to which you want to add the selected dates.  This page is similar to the Find pages throughout EventPro Planner. Review the instructions under Chapter 1: Overview, Common Functions: Find a Record to find the correct event.  Click to highlight the correct event in the selection grid and click the Finish button.

5.The Confirm dialog asks if you want to append the date to the selected event.  Click Yes to continue.
6.EventPro Planner will add the date(s) to the event in the Booking Calendar.
