Create a Repetitive Booking

1.Click the Booking Calendar button and the Booking Calendar will display the default view you chose when setting your Preferences earlier (review Booking Calendar Overview).
2.There is no need to select cells on the Booking Calendar when you are creating a repetitive booking, as you will choose the locations and dates later. Simply select Event | New – Repetitive from the button bar in the Booking Calendar or right-click on any cell and select New – Repetitive.
3.The New Event Wizard appears, as with a regular booking, but it will begin with the Required Booking Pattern page.

1.From the first drop-down list, choose how you want this event to repeat: Daily, Weekly, Monthly (Dates), Monthly (Days) or Custom.
2.If you select Daily, choose an option from the next drop-down list, between Every Day and Every 31st Day.
3.If you select Weekly, choose an option from the next drop-down list, between Every week and Every Eighth week. Below, check the boxes next to the days of the week upon which the event will repeat.
4.For a monthly repeating pattern, you can choose Monthly (Dates) or Monthly (Days). The second drop-down box is the same for both options. Choose an option between Every Month On The to Every Twelfth Month On The.  Below, check the boxes next to the desired days or dates, e.g. 2nd, 4th, 10th etc. for Dates or 1st Monday, 3rd Friday, etc. for Days.
5.If you select Custom, you can create your own set of dates. From the drop-down calendar under Custom Dates, near the bottom of the window, select a date and click Add.  Continue this process to add as many dates as you want and select the checkboxes in front of the dates you want to use for the pattern.  If you change your mind and want to remove a date you added, click to highlight the date in the list and click the Remove button or unselect the checkbox in front of that date.

1.Unless you choose Custom as the repeating pattern, you must now choose a Starting Date from the drop-down calendar.
2.Select the radio button beside Until or For.
3.If you chose Until, select an end date from the drop-down calendar.
4.If you selected For, choose how many days, weeks, months or years you want the event to repeat.

1.If there is a possibility that your booking pattern will cause a booking to fall on a weekend when you have not specified that it should be on a weekend, you choose how you want to deal with that booking.
2.From the drop-down list, choose whether you want to leave the event on the weekend, move the event to the nearest Friday, Monday or weekday, or delete that particular booking.

1.You will see your booking pattern summarized under Your Selection.
2.If you are satisfied with the booking pattern, click Next.
4.The wizard moves on to the Initial Configuration screen, which is the same screen you encounter in a normal booking.
5.The rest of the process for the repetitive booking will be the same as a normal booking. To complete the booking, review the instructions above under Create an Event.
