| 1. | To create a new category, click the New Category button to the right of the Report Category column. |
| 2. | The Report Folder [New] window will open. |

| 3. | Enter a Folder Name and Description for this new category. |
| 4. | Select the Sort Order. This determines where in the list of categories this category will appear, with 1 (one) at the top. |
| 5. | If you do not want this category to appear in the Reports Menu, check the Hidden box. Remember, however, that even if you do not check the Hidden box, a category will only appear in the Reports Menu if it actually contains reports. |
