Detail View

All of the scheduling information you enter for this event will also appear in the Detail View, in a different format than the calendar view.

At the top of the Detail View tab, the date drop-down list and the horizontal arrows on either side allow you to select other days in your event.

1.Your booked locations will appear in the top Venue Locations selection grid.  The grid will only show the locations booked for the date displayed in the drop-down above. If you want to see the locations booked for all days of the event, select the Show All Days checkbox.
2.Select a venue location and view its scheduled functions in the bottom left Functions grid.
3.Click to highlight a function to view its assigned Resources, Attendee Assignments, Function Itinerary, and Function Attendees under the corresponding tabs to the right.
4.When you add a location, function, resource, attendee or itinerary from this Detail View, you will be choosing from the same options that appear in the left-hand column in the Calendar View.
