Edit a Report

| 1. | Select the Report Category on the left and the applicable Report on the right. |
| 2. | Click the Edit button to the right of the Reports selection grid. The Report Item [Edit] window appears. |

| 3. | Note that double-clicking the record does not bring up the Edit window as it usually does in other areas of EventPro Planner. Double-clicking here brings up the report dialog for printing. |
| 4. | In the Report Item [Edit] window, you can edit the Report Name, Description, Communication Reference, Sort Order and Hidden fields. Make your changes as required. |
| 5. | For hard-coded reports (in red font), you can only edit the Communication Reference, Sort Order and Hidden fields. |
| 6. | Click Save. |
| 7. | To change any other elements of the report, you must go into the Report Designer by clicking the Design button. Note that the Design button is not available for the hard-coded reports. You must create a copy of the report, following the instructions under Modify a Report immediately below. |
