Edit a Report

1.Select the Report Category on the left and the applicable Report on the right.
2.Click the Edit button to the right of the Reports selection grid. The Report Item [Edit] window appears.

3.Note that double-clicking the record does not bring up the Edit window as it usually does in other areas of EventPro Planner. Double-clicking here brings up the report dialog for printing.
4.In the Report Item [Edit] window, you can edit the Report Name, Description, Communication Reference, Sort Order and Hidden fields.  Make your changes as required.
5.For hard-coded reports (in red font), you can only edit the Communication Reference, Sort Order and Hidden fields.
6.Click Save.
7.To change any other elements of the report, you must go into the Report Designer by clicking the Design button. Note that the Design button is not available for the hard-coded reports.  You must create a copy of the report, following the instructions under Modify a Report immediately below.
