Edit, View and Delete Assigned Booths

1.Remember, you can access assigned booths from two places in the Event Maintenance screen:
a.Click the Exhibitors tab and select the View Exhibitors tab.  Find the exhibitor under Single Exhibitor View or click to highlight the exhibitor in the top selection grid of the Exhibitor List View.  Click the Booths tab in the bottom section of the window and click to highlight the exhibitor-assigned booth you want to edit, view or delete.

b.Click the Exhibitors tab and select the Booths Assignments tab.  In the top grid, select the exhibitor-assigned booth you want to edit, view or delete.  The information will appear in the bottom grid.

2.Click the Edit, View or Delete button to the right of the selection grid containing the selected booth.
3.If you Edit the booth, and choose to change the Exhibitor, you can indicate in the Changing Booth dialog which information you want to overwrite with defaults from the booths in Event Setup. If you made changes to the booth for the previous exhibitor (e.g. added booth details, changed price), you can choose to preserve some or all changes, or revert to some or all defaults.

a.None: Select this option to preserve the changes you made to the booth for the previous exhibitor, include charges, booth details, notes and taxes.
b.Overwrite Booth Details (including notes): Select this option to preserve any changes to made to charges and taxes for the previous exhibitor, but overwrite booth details and notes with the default details and notes for the booth in Event Setup.
c.Overwrite Booth Charges: Select this option to preserve any changes to made to booth details and notes for the previous exhibitor, but overwrite booth charges and taxes with the default charges  and taxes for the booth in Event Setup.
d.Overwrite Booth Details (including notes) and Booth Charges: Select this option to overwrite any changes to booth details, notes, charges and taxes with the default information for the booth in Event Setup.
4.Note that if you delete an assigned booth in this area, the booth will still exist in the event, but it will no longer be assigned to this exhibitor and any exhibitor-specific changes you made (e.g. booth details) will be lost.
