Edit, View or Delete Venues/Hotels/Suppliers

| 1. | Click on the Event Setup button in the upper right corner of the Event Maintenance screen. The Event Setup window opens |
| 2. | In the Event Setup window, select the Organization Setup tab. Click on the Venues/Hotels/ Suppliers sub-tab below. |
| 3. | To edit, view or delete a Venue/Hotel/Supplier, click on the company in the top selection grid. Click the Edit, View or Delete button to the right of the upper selection grid. |
| 4. | To edit, view or delete a Location, Setup Type, Feature or Room Type, select the relevant company in the top grid of the Venue/Hotel/Supplier sub-tab. Then, click on the sub-tab in the bottom section of the screen to view the appropriate selection grid (Venue Locations, Venue Setup Types, Venue Features or Hotel Room Types) and click to highlight the record you want to edit, view or delete. Click the Edit, View or Delete button to the right of the lower selection grid. |
