In the Exhibitor Actions Screen
In the Event Maintenance screen, you can also find the actions attached to specific event exhibitors.
Remember that the Booths and Exhibitors Module is an optional module in EventPro Planner. If you have not purchased this module, you will not see the related Exhibitor tabs and screens.

Find the relevant event in the Event Maintenance screen and click on the Exhibitors tab.

Click on the View Exhibitors tab. Find the exhibitor in the Single Exhibitor View or click to highlight the individual in the Exhibitor List View.

Click the Actions tab in the bottom section of the screen. All of the actions related to the selected exhibitor will appear in the selection grid.

Note that in this Actions tab, you will not be able to perform a search or set a filter on actions as you can in the Event Maintenance and Actions screens. Click the View All/View Mine toggle button to switch between viewing all actions and just your actions.

To sort the actions and re-arrange the selection grid to help you view the information you want, review how to sort records in Chapter 1: Overview, Common Functions: Selection GridsandSort Lists.

The function buttons (New, Edit, etc.) are located along the right side of the bottom selection grid in the Actions tab.
