Attendee Online Version 3 is a completely new and separate product from Attendee Online Version 2 (not an update), with a new set of system requirements. Installing Version 3 does not uninstall or overwrite Version 2.

If you are upgrading from Version 2 to Version 3, you need to first uninstall Attendee Online Version 2 before installing the new Version 3.

If you have newly purchased Attendee Online, we recommend you install it with assistance from Support. If you have not yet scheduled an installation appointment, please contact Support.
