During installation, two databases were placed in your data folder and can be accessed from the Database drop-down list or by clicking the Find button to the right.

Select a database:
a.
Sampdata.mdb contains sample data illustrating the many capabilities of EventPro Planner. If you login to EventPro Planner using this database, you can see an example of how EventPro Planner can be set up. However, do not enter your own data in the Sampdata.mdb file.
b.
Data.mdb is a blank database that, once set up, will contain only information applicable to your own business. When you are ready to set up EventPro Planner for your company, use this database.

Enter your default Username: SUPERVISOR. Enter your default Password: SUPERV. Click OK.

The About screen appears. This screen will contain license and Support contact information.
Choose whether you will be using Windows Authentication or SQL Server Authentication.

Enter the Server Name and Database.

If you are using SQL Server Authentication, also enter a User Name and Password.

Below, under Application Login, enter your EventPro Planner User Name and Password. The defaults will be Username: SUPERVISOR and Password: SUPERV.

If you are using SQL Server Authentication, select the checkbox if Application Uses Server Login User Name/Password. The User Name and Password fields will be disabled.
6.
Click OK. The About screen appears. This screen will contain license and Support contact information.
