Recalculate Events
This tool ensures that the net event charge is properly calculated from the quantities and prices. You will rarely, if ever, need this utility. You only have to use this utility if, under unusual circumstances, you suspect event totals are incorrect and want to ensure that they have been calculated correctly.
1.
Select Utilities | Recalculate Events from EventPro Planner’s main menu.

You can either recalculate a single event or all events that appear in the Recalculate Events window.
a.
To recalculate a single event, click to highlight the event in the selection grid.

To multi-select events, hold down the Ctrl key and click the relevant events.

If you want to recalculate multiple events, but not all of the events in the selection grid, you can also set a filter by clicking the Set Filter button in the lower left corner. See Chapter 1: Overview, Common Functions: Filter Information to learn how to create a filter.

Click the Recalculate button in the lower right corner of the Recalculate Events window.

Choose a Recalculation Option – Single Event or All (Filtered) Events – and click OK.
5.
You will return to EventPro Planner’s main screen.
