In the Reports tab, you will define some of the defaults that affect the appearance of the reports you run.

Click to expand/collapse textInvoice Summary Report Defaults

In the Invoice Summary Statement field, type the summary statement that will appear by default at the end of invoices.  Example: “Thank you for your business.”

Select a radio button to indicate whether you want your logo to appear on printed reports, and, if so, where on the page it prints.

1.Print Company Information on Report Header: Check this box if you want your company information to print on the report header.
2.Print Company Address/Phone Information on Report Footer: Check this box if you want an address line to appear in footers of reports.

1.EventPro Planner has a default gray color scheme for report shading, but you can also create a custom color scheme.
a.From the Light Shading Color, Medium Shading Color and Dark Shading Color drop-down lists, choose the shading colors you want to use.
b.Double-click in the field to access Advanced colors.
c.Later, when you print reports, you can choose this custom color scheme for shading.  See Chapter 18: Reports, Print Reports for more information.
2.Separator Line Color: From the drop-down list, select a color for the separator line between records.  To choose an advanced color, double-click in the drop-down list to open the Color window.
3.Separator Line Width: Enter the width of the line that separates each record on the report.

Remember, if you make any changes you want to keep, ensure that you click the Save button.

Clicking Cancel will revert to the previously saved settings.
