Task Notification Emails

The Notification emails sent by the Task Notification Service will be directed to the User or User Group assigned to the action. To review how to assign Actions to Users, see Chapter 12: Actions, Create Action.

The general format of the notification emails will be as follows:

The Subject of the email will be Task Start/Reminder/Overdue Notification - Subject of the Action.
Each email will contain the following text at the top: This message was automatically sent through EventPro Planner. Please do not reply to this message.  The following task's reminder date has been reached/start date has been reached/task is overdue.
The email will then display the Action's:
oStatus, Event Name, Event Number, Category, Type and Subject
oAssigned to User and Assigned to User Group
oStart Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time, Expected Duration and Percentage Completed
oAttached To (Contact, Attendee, Exhibitor or None)
oNotes (if any)
If the Action is attached to a Contact, Attendee or Exhibitor, the email will display the Company and/or Contact Person below, including the Address and Contact Information (Phone/Fax and Email)
