| 1. | Click on the Event Setup button in the upper right corner of the Event Maintenance screen. |
| 2. | The Event Setup window opens. |
| 3. | Click on the Organization Setup tab and select the Venues/Hotels/Suppliers sub-tab. |
| 4. | The Attendees tab displays attendees with an accommodation booking in the hotel highlighted in the upper grid. You can only view the attendee accommodation bookings in this tab. |
