View or Delete a Communication

| 1. | Locate the communication you want to view or delete. Remember that you may be able to view the communication in any or all of the following screens: Event Maintenance (the main Communications tab, as well as the Attendees Communications and Exhibitors Communications tabs), Companies/Contacts and Communications. |
| 2. | Click to highlight the communication. Click the appropriate View or Delete button to the right of the selection grid. |
| 3. | Remember that if there are two sections to the screen, there will be two View buttons and two Delete buttons. Use the buttons directly across from the selection grid in which the communication appears. |
| 4. | If necessary, review the instructions in Chapter 1: Overview, Common Functions: Edit, View and Delete Records. |
