To ensure that all clients receive the highest quality of service in the fastest time possible, EventPro Planner Software Support has reviewed and revamped its procedures. Beginning May 10, 2010, all incoming support issues will be routed through a Support Receptionist and entered into a Support Queue before being assigned to a Technical Support Representative.
This guarantees that issues receive the same prompt and dedicated attention from our Support team whether you call, email or leave a voice mail. Emails are checked several times per hour, and voice mails are automatically converted into emails by our phone system so that they receive equal attention.
This new procedure ensures the best quality of service for each support issue. Support Receptionists will monitor and organize the intake of support requests so that Technical Support Representatives can dedicate their full energy and attention to resolving technical support issues as quickly as possible. This does not mean you are stuck talking to an automated phone service! If you want to speak with a real person, our Technical Support Representatives will be happy to return your call and guide you through the issue resolution.

Don’t forget to consult the EventPro Planner User Manual for the software help you need. The manual has just been updated to be current with Version 2.2.2.506. If you use Online Help, you will automatically access the latest version of the manual. If you use Local Help in the program, go to the program now, click on the Help menu and select Download and Update Local Help.
Once you have opened the manual, refer to the section called "What’s New in Help". It will direct you to the sections of the manual that explain how to use the latest new and enhanced features.
For this update, additions have been made to the following features:
- Resources (previously known as Detail Items)
- Budget
- Income/Expense Items
- Event Organization Screen
- Event Function Itinerary
- Attendees
- Companies/Contacts
- Exhibitors
Remember, you can also check out the latest changes in EventPro Planner by selecting Help | What’s New from the main menu in the program.

EventPro Planner Version 2.2 has been released, bringing some significant changes to the product:
- Multiple budgets are now available
- Income and expense items are no longer separate items
- Detail Items have been renamed to Resource Items
- An Exhibitor Attendees view has been added to the Exhibitors tab
- Multiple generic/no name attendees can now be created using the ‘Multi-Add’
- The previous ‘Multi-Add’ functionality is now available under ‘Multi-Add Detail’
- A new optional Resource Management Module is available (contact Sales for details)
- Two upgrading options are also available
